BreakFree 3 : Reparenting Me (8 Weeks)

This fall we are inviting the Breakthrough community to join us as we to continue our precious healing. We come together to heal our inner child, looking at the healthy messages we needed to receive at each of our childhood developmental stages. We realize the impact of our past mistreatment on our decisions and see how those old decisions continue to impact our daily lives. Until we reclaim and re-parent our inner child, our young ones will want to continue struggling to manage our multi-faceted lives. Reparenting Me is an opportunity to grieve and heal our neglected childhood developmental needs and to reclaim our clear, inherent nature-based thinking. Together, we strengthen our adult to lead: creating our unique, vibrant, precious lives.

We will meet at 1069 Broadway Ave, Seaside on Thursday evenings September 7, 14, 21, 28, (no Oct 5), October 11, 19, 26, and November 2.
